Purpose

This policy establishes the criteria for the collection, storage, use, circulation, and deletion of personal data handled by Teleporta Labs in the course of providing its nearshore medical manufacturing services.

Scope

This policy applies to all personal information recorded in Teleporta Labs' databases. Teleporta Labs acts as the Data Controller for the personal data of clients, prospects, talent candidates, and any other individuals whose data is collected through the use of this Platform or the contracted services.

Data We Collect and Why

Teleporta Labs collects and processes personal data solely for the following purposes:

• Managing inquiries, service proposals, and commercial relationships with clients and prospects in the medical device and biotechnology sectors.
• Recruiting, evaluating, and onboarding biomedical talent candidates on behalf of clients or for internal project needs.
• Coordinating with manufacturers, facilities, and academic partners in Colombia as part of service delivery.
• Fulfilling legal, tax, and regulatory obligations under Colombian law.
• Responding to requests, complaints, and claims submitted through our contact channels.

Rights of Data Subjects

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data free of charge at any time.
• Know, update, and correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
• Request proof of the authorization you granted for data processing.
• File complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) for violations of applicable data protection regulations.
• Revoke your authorization and/or request the deletion of your data, provided no legal or contractual obligation requires its retention.
• Refrain from answering questions about sensitive personal data. Responses regarding sensitive data are always voluntary.

How to Exercise Your Rights (Habeas Data)

To submit a request, inquiry, or complaint regarding your personal data, please contact us at comercial@teleportalabs.com with the following information:

• Full name and surname.
• Contact details (physical address, email, and phone number).
• Preferred method to receive our response.
• Description of the right you wish to exercise (access, update, correction, deletion, revocation of consent, etc.).
• Signature (if applicable) and identification number.

The maximum legal response period is 15 business days from the day after receipt. If we are unable to respond within that period, we will notify you of the reason for the delay and the new expected response date, which may not exceed an additional 8 business days.

If your rights are denied, you may escalate the matter to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio — Delegatura para la Protección de Datos Personales.

Data Retention

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

• Data provided in the context of a service contract will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the legally required period thereafter.
• Data from prospects or candidates who have not entered into a contract will be retained for 15 days after the last confirmed expression of interest, unless extended by mutual agreement.
• Data subject to a legal retention obligation will be kept for the period required by applicable law, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Teleporta Labs reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, service scope, or data processing practices. Any modifications will take effect upon publication on this website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
