This website and service platform (hereinafter, "the Platform") are owned and operated by Teleporta Labs, a company specializing in helping medical device and biotechnology companies expand into Colombia. Its purpose is to provide services of location scouting, specialized talent recruitment, and managed medical subcontract production, connecting international clients with Colombia's regulated medical manufacturing ecosystem.
The Teleporta Labs website provides access to information about its nearshore medical services, including facility scouting, talent recruitment, and subcontract production management. Users assume full responsibility for their use of the Platform and any contracted services.
This responsibility includes the obligation to provide accurate and lawful information during all contact and onboarding processes. Users agree not to use the services to:
Teleporta Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of any breach of these terms or conduct contrary to professional ethics in regulated medical manufacturing.
Client responsibility: The client acknowledges that it is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the technical, regulatory, and commercial information shared with Teleporta Labs. This includes product specifications, quality documentation, intellectual property, and personal data belonging to its collaborators.
Teleporta Labs responsibility: Teleporta Labs acts as a Data Processor with respect to personal data shared by the client, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its data treatment policy. Teleporta Labs commits to handling such information with strict confidentiality, using it solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.
Access to information: Technical and commercial information shared by the client is restricted to Teleporta Labs team members directly involved in the project. It will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's express authorization or a lawful order from a competent authority.
Teleporta Labs holds all intellectual and industrial property rights over its Platform, methodologies, assessment tools, content, and proprietary materials.
Reports, location analyses, talent profiles, and documentation produced by Teleporta Labs within a project are delivered to the client for use as agreed contractually. Reproduction, redistribution, or use beyond the agreed scope requires express written authorization from Teleporta Labs.
As part of its services, Teleporta Labs may connect clients with manufacturers, facilities, academic institutions, or talent providers in Colombia. Teleporta Labs is not directly responsible for the performance of such third parties once the commercial relationship has been established, unless otherwise agreed in the service contract.
Teleporta Labs applies verification and due diligence processes to the manufacturers and suppliers it recommends. However, the client remains responsible for independently validating regulatory compliance applicable to their specific product and target market.
Teleporta Labs will be liable for damages suffered by the client as a direct result of the company's own incorrect actions, provided that a breach of contractual or legal obligations is demonstrated.
Teleporta Labs shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from changes in the Colombian regulatory environment, decisions by entities such as INVIMA or DIAN, labor market fluctuations, or external factors beyond the company's control.
These Terms of Use are governed by Colombian law. For any dispute arising from the use of the Platform or the contracted services, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Rionegro, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
Teleporta Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, adjustments to the scope of its services, or the introduction of new operational modalities. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed.
